In the event that the property cannot be registered in the land registry due to any reason (especially due to the fault of RC Company C.A.), the $2000 advance payment will be fully refunded to the client’s account within 14 business days.

„Rentier“ Visa Requirements

To apply for the „Rentier“ visa, you will need to provide:

  • A copy of your passport.

  • A criminal background check.

  • A bank statement showing a minimum balance of $1200 per month, or $1750 for a married couple.


Benefits of the Rentier Visa

Upon receiving this visa, you will be granted:

  • RIF Tax Number.

  • Venezuelan Citizenship.

  • 1-Year Residency Permit (renewable after one year).

  • After the first year, your permit is automatically extended to 3 years.
