Package Price and Payment Terms
The total cost for this package is $4000. The payment is divided as follows:

Important Note:
In the event that the property cannot be registered in the land registry due to any reason (especially due to the fault of RC Company C.A.), the $2000 advance payment will be fully refunded to the client’s account within 14 business days.
„Rentier“ Visa Requirements
To apply for the „Rentier“ visa, you will need to provide:
A copy of your passport.
A criminal background check.
A bank statement showing a minimum balance of $1200 per month, or $1750 for a married couple.
